Its made of 2 cups plain flour (maida), 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 cup castor sugar, 1/4 cup milk powder, 1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder, 2 tbsp oil, and 1/4 tsp salt
